Payment is made through PayPal when you order. If you cancel before work on your order has begun, you receive a full refund. Once work has begun, the order is a custom analysis prepared for you and is not refundable, except at my discretion in exceptional circumstances. If you believe a delivered report does not match the description of what you ordered, contact me through and I will review the matter in good faith.
I collect only what you give me directly: your name or business name, your email address and your business website when you use the contact form, and payment details processed by PayPal. I do not see or store your card details. If you choose to receive updates, your email is stored in a mailing list hosted by MailerLite. I do not sell, rent or share your personal information for third-party marketing. This website uses no tracking or analytics tools that build a profile of visitors.
The app shows content only. It collects no location and no personal data.
WeatherWise SVS provides weather data analysis and climatology packages and products for businesses, as selected in the shop. Each one is limited to calculations and results based on public and official weather datasets, or on data you provide. Deliverables are not operational advice, and any decision based on a deliverable remains entirely yours.
Payment is due when you order. Work is done remotely, on a scheduled basis, and delivery times are confirmed directly with each client. After full payment, the finished deliverable belongs to you for your own use. Services are provided "as is", using the best public and official data available at the time of analysis. Every deliverable includes its data sources and stated limitations. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Europe, where WeatherWise SVS is registered.
The weather content in the app and on this website describes observed data. It is not a forecast, a warning or an alert.
This website does not use tracking, advertising or analytics cookies and does not build a profile of its visitors. It links to two third-party services: PayPal, to process payments, and MailerLite, to manage update sign-ups. Those sites may set their own cookies, which are outside my control.
